EAT

Assalamualaikum 

Hi dear :) 

Today i would like to share with you my eating habit. Basically, i follow this eating habit from Korean show/ movie. If you can noticed, their eating habit are quite healthy. They consume more vege compare protein and carbohydrate food. They have variety of kimchi either in marinated or fresh kimchi. So, i had try to practice this habit with my husband but we didn't eat kimchi. We eat something else but still in vegetable category. 


Basically these food prepared by me for break the fast yesterday. Look not so yummyyy rite. I had cooked spinach with Enoki mushroom fried and roasted chicken. You might asked me, where is the rice? spaghetti or any carbo food? I had mentioned in my previous post about my diet. No  carbo food because i am in diet phase.  




I will show you on how i eat all this thing without rice. 

Firstly, prepared your salad. Any salad can as long as its name is salad. 


put some spinach , enoki and prawn in your salad leaf. 

Lastly, put your roasted chicken on top and ready to eat. Keep repeat this step until you full :P 



Actually, almost one month i had practice this eating habit. At first time, i had tried with sardines, egg boiled and fried chicken. Alhamdulillah, My weight keep on reducing but not in a large amount. Keep pray for me okay :*)

OH MY English

Assalamualaikum


Firstly i would like to apology if you found me in using wrong words or wrong statement or grammatical error. Actually i am trying to use English language in my blog for me to learn English and practice more and more and more. I hope you can correct if i am wrong in using this language. Really need your help T_________T

My husband always said that, English is something that you can't learn in one night because you may take the whole of your life. So you need to practice to write, to talk and read some English book. 

i have tried many things in many ways. I read the novels and comics and until now, i can't finish it. So I decided to listen to the music. I turn on the radio, open the youtube channel and listen to the music. Practice on how to pronounce the word correctly, 

Like yesterday, i saw a movie. A kid movie to be exact at the youtube :P I cant remember the title but i kept on followed the subtitle (in English) and spoke every single words.

Why i try so hard in  learning English? 

Because i want to be a housewife that able to talk in English. Even i am graduated from university and had worked before, i found my English is sooooo terrible. I cant talk with people. I just can see my husband talk with other people in English and i cant joined them in that conversation because my English is weak. I cant talk fast because English is not my mother tongue and i just used it during my presentation during my study period.

So i had made a promise with my self. I need to learn English. know how to talk and speak correctly. It's maybe to late but i want it. 

Please pray for me and i hope i can show this blog to my husband and show him all my post written in English!

Raya oh raya

Dah nak raya ni, apa plan korang? *puasa pun belum, dah pikir pasal raya. Facepalm*
Nad ada big plan untuk raya kali ni.hehehe Korang rasa apa?

Plan ni selalunya orang perempuan je buat tapi selalu nya hangat-hangat tahi ayam jeeeee. Plan Nad adalah berdiet. Koh koh koh :P

Hangat-hangat tahi ayam pun. pejam celik pejam celik dah 2 minggu la diet Nad berlansung. Laki Nad start diet awal seminggu dari Nad. Laki Nad yg azam tinggi nak diet sebab berat badan dia dh naik mencanak. So dia nak kurus lah untuk sihatkan diri. Sementara Nad ni pulak, mesti lah sebab Nad nak slim sikit before raya. Setakat ni Nad dh lost 2.6 kg within 2 minggu ni.Target sebelum raya at least 5kg turun and lepas raya kena slowly turun sampai target. T_________T


Long journey to go gaissss!

Apa yang Nad buat dengan laki bagi menjayakan plan diet kami neh adalah ;


a) Tak makan nasi/mee/spageti/roti/ maggie

Nad memang cut terus untuk tak makan benda atas ni sebab karbo yang tinggi. And lagi satu Nad jenis tak kisah kalau tak makan nasi, so far masih okay. Nad tak craving untuk makan Nasi

b) Tak ambik gula

Gula ada banyak. sama ada dalam air, kicap, choc, gula dalam masakan. So apa yang Nad buat, Nad tak minum air manis lansung. Nad hari-hari minum kopi cicah biskut. tapi untuk diet ni, terpaksa Nad lupakan. Untuk sekarang dah 2 minggu jugak la Nad tak sentuh benda manis. Makanan yang ada banyak gula Nad akan elakkan sama ada beli dekat luar atau masak dekat rumah. Untuk sekarang ni, Nad jarang makan dekat luar. Paling-paling pun Nad beli KFC yang ala cart tu. So takde fries, takde bun. takde coslow. Just ada ayam semata-mata je. Air pun Nad tak ambil. Just minum air kosong je, Kalau masak pun, Nad banyak bakar, grill. buat sup, tomyam, kari tanpa santan atau goreng. macam tu je lah makanan Nad makan. Masak kicap ke. masak sos ke. tiga rasa ke , sambal ke Nad terpaksa potong sebab dalam tu ada banyak sangat gula.

Kalau craving sangat-sangat, Nad beli coke zero atau coke light. Gula takde lansung tapi rasa manis sebab dorang ganti letak aspartame. Atau pun beli choc tanpa gula. Ada je yang jual tapi mahal sikit lah compare dengan choc yang jual. Busuk-busuk dalam Rm14 setiap packaging utk size besar Cadbury. Cadbury pun baru Rm8.++

C) Minum air kosong 

Nad banyak minum kosong. At least 2 liter sehari. Ceritanya memang mengulang ke bilik air laaaaaa. Minum banyak cenggitu. 6 botol air untuk 1.5liter Nad and laki boleh setelkan dalam masa tak sampai dua hari pun koraaaaannnnggg. Rasa tak percaya tapi ini lah kenyataan. Tambah sekarang musim panas pulak kan. Memang banyak laaaa kitaorg minum air. Sebelum tido dh minum dekat setengah botol air sebab terlalu panas. Maklum lah, rumah kitaorg belum ada air cord. Harapkan angin semula jadi ni je laaaaa. T_T

D) Senaman

Senaman Nad tak berapa buat sangat tapi buat la . Nad skipping and weekend Nad dan laki akan pegi park and kitaoang akan jalan pusing park. Boleh tahan besar laaaa jugak park tu. Main lari-lari hide and seek gituu. At least kitaorg bergerak dan keluarkan peluh . itu je lah purpose ktorg :D


Itu je lah yang Nad buat. Nak buat ni hati kena kental. Nad kadang-kadang mengalah jugak . Pegi pasar malam nk soya laaa nk kek laaa nk pizaa laaaaa. tp sebab ada laki, laki berjaya tepis godaan tu dari Nad :P

So korang, mana yang nak bermula tu, boleh la korang mula sekarang and make sure untuk cekal kan hati okay :*)

Doakan Nad untuk kurus okaaaay sebab Nad hanta baju dekat tailor suruh ikut baju Nad tahun 2014 dulu. Doakan Nad boleh pakai okay. If not, Nad kena cari baju raya baru laaaaa.
